DCP30
Is a lignin-based, environmentally friendly, cost-effective and natural blend of bio organic materials. The product was designed and developed to suppress dust and stabilize soil on gravel roads and dust prone areas. DCP30 acts as a surfactant, plasticizer, and polymeric soil binder, creating a dust free and durable road surface when applied.
BioBit
Is an innovative formulation, consisting of natural biopolymers and surfactants which are combined with a bituminous product. This unique formulation creates an environmentally friendly product ideal for stabilization, road construction, and dust suppression on gravel roads The product is ideal to be applied to permanent and semi-permanent gravel roads.

Is an innovative formulation, consisting of natural biopolymers and surfactants which are combined with an acrylic polymer product. This environmentally friendly product is suitable for use on semi-permanent gravel roads BioSeal+ produces a durable, smooth, and dust-free surface, eliminating frequent maintenance intervals.

Tailing solutions
Is a long-term, environmentally friendly water soluble ionic polymer that binds with other polar and non-polar compounds to act as a dust suppressant. It is used for the suppression of dust on tailing facilities, waste dumps and large open soil areas.

Slurry Seal
Slurry Seal is a low-viscosity anionic slow-set bitumen emulsion and is used mainly as a cold applied binder for the manufacture of slow set slurry mixtures which can be batch mixed and applied by hand or with a continuous mix and lay machine. This product can also be diluted with water and applied onto aged seals as an enrichment spray or as a tack coat for an asphalt overlay.
Pothole Repair
The damaged area is assessed, cut out, shaped, trimmed, and cleaned before the application of a stable-grade emulsion, then filled with a specialized product, and then stamped to the correct level.
Crack Seal
Crack sealing is the process of placing an adhesive sealant into cracks on the pavement surface, preventing the infiltration of moisture and non compressible materials into the pavement. It is a cost- effective pavement preservation treatment that can slow pavement deterioration and extend pavement life. This method for covering active cracks on a road surface is effective if the cracks are closely spaced and localized and can be done as a preventative maintenance measure before a suitable wearing course is applied.
Hot Asphalt
Hot Asphalt patch is a repair function done to the upper zone of distressed pavement It may extend to the base course layer. The size of the patch will depend on the extent and type of distress on the pavement. In some cases, the base course layer will also need to be replaced if the layer is defective. In such cases, care should be taken to ensure the repair will be effective in addressing the cause of distress.
